Just Culture Research Share

Description

The Franciscan Sisters of Mary believe that the health and wellbeing of individuals should be at the center of all mission-driven work. We believe that all nonprofit workers should have access to fair compensation and benefits, pathways for shared decision making, opportunities to grow professionally, and the ability to work in a safe, welcoming, and healthy environment – what we are calling a “Just Culture”.

Late last year, many of you shared your personal insights and perspectives with us in a survey to help us understand the best ways to support frontline community, environmental justice (EJ), and environmental nonprofits in maintaining healthy and supportive workplace environments. With your responses, we have identified several key themes and recommendations around Just Culture needs. We would like to invite you to a webinar, with research consultant Jumana Vasi and FSM program staff Ryan Strode and Katie Balfany, to provide feedback on our findings, share anything more, and help us learn how we can better promote Just Culture in philanthropy and nonprofit organizations.

If you cannot attend but would like access to the webinar recording, please refrain from registering and instead email kbalfany@fsmonline.org.
