The Midwest EJ Network is seeking a Program Director to lead outreach to urban EJ communities for the EPA Great Lakes Thriving Communities Grantmaker (TCGM) Program. This is an opportunity to help ensure that federal funding for environmental justice goes to our communities and organizations accountable to them. 

This is a new program for Midwest EJ Network in collaboration with several partners. Please see our job announcement for the full details! 


The compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000.
The compensation package includes health care, dental, and generous paid time off, including sick time, holidays, and three weeks other paid time off for first-year employees. The Midwest Environmental Justice Network is fiscally sponsored by the Minneapolis Foundation, which hosts our staff. The Program Director reports to the Midwest EJ Network’s Director.


This is a remote position that may be located anywhere in the program area, which includes Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, and 35 tribal nations.
